How it works
Sign Up
- Fill out your card planner with everyone you don’t want to forget — birthdays, holidays, addresses.
- The template automatically calculates your tier to fit your card needs (the tier tab or check cell AA8).
- Upload your card planner at checkout.
Receive Your Pink Packet
- Your packet is sent in the mail on the 1st of each month for the following month.
- Includes pre-addressed cards and a fridge-ready printout listing recipients, occasions, dates, and suggested mail dates.
Sign, Stamp, and Send
- Simply sign, add a note, stamp, and send.
- Mail cards on the suggested dates or all at once — we handle the prep, you add the personal touch.
Card Planner Questions
- Relationship- to you (ex. Sister)
- Name- When listing names, remember to separate individuals and groups. For example, if you want to send a card for Bob and May’s birthdays and their anniversary:
- Have 1 row for Bob with his birthday.
- Have 1 row for May with her birthday.
- Have 1 row for the couple for their anniversary.
- You do not need a separate row for every occasion—only when the names differ. For example, Bob can have Birthday, Sibling Day, and Father’s Day all checked on his single name row.
- Card Type- When applicable, would you prefer a whimsical or serious card? May not be available for all occasions.
- Special Occasion- We will do our best to accommodate any occasion that isn’t listed. A great example is sending a sympathy card to your mom on the birthday of your deceased grandmother.
- Thinking of you Monthly, Quarterly, yearly- Did someone move, have a big life change, or you just don’t talk as much as you’d like? Send a thinking of you, write a note so they know how much you care! once a month, quarter, or yearly (with January cards)
- Valentines Day- Great to remember more then your spouse! Close friends, siblings, nieces and nephews would all love to be remembered
- Mother’s Day- Remember all of the moms in your life, not just yours! From grandmothers to close friends, everyone loves to be remembered
- Father’s Day- Remember all of the dads in your life, not just yours! From grandfathers to close friends, everyone loves to be remembered

Frequently Asked Questions
When do I receive my cards?
We mail cards on the first of every month for the next month. For example, your March packet ships February 1st.
How long does it take to receive my first packet?
Subscriptions purchased on or before the 15th will have their first package shipped on the 1st of the following month.
Example: Purchase on March 5 → first package ships April 1 and contains the May cards.
Subscriptions purchased after the 15th (through the end of the month) will have their first package shipped on the 1st of the second following month.
Example: Purchase on March 23 → first package ships May 1 and contains the June cards.
Do you mail cards for me?
No — we prepare everything for you, ready to add your personal touch. You handle the final mailing.
How do I know which tier to choose?
Fill out our template first. It calculates the tier that fits your card needs (see cell AA8).
Can I hand-address the cards?
Yes! Simply choose the blank envelope prep option at checkout.
Who should I put on my template?
Everyone you don’t want to forget! Friends, siblings, nieces, nephews, grandparents. All holidays are included with explanation notes.
When am I billed?
Billing occurs on the 15th of each month.
How do I update addresses?
Email us the recipient name and new address before the 15th to ensure your next packet is correct.
What if I remember to mail the card but still forget the day of?
Every packet includes a fridge-ready printout with recipients, occasions, dates, and suggested mail-by dates.

About Us
I created Love Posted to fill a gap. I knew so many hardworking moms that wanted to mail birthday cards they way we received growing up but just don’t have time, forget, or get busy taking care of everyone else! There are of course fulfillment services that will mail cards for you but you lose the personal touch. So I wanted to fix that! I wanted to bring back handwritten mail that you get excited to receive, without the struggle and mental load of buying cards, tracking dates, and watching calendars. As a busy mom of 3, soon to be 4, myself I know exactly how hard it is to keep up! Between moving, job changes, or new babies it’s easy to let the small things fall behind. But grandma’s birthday shouldn’t have to be one of them! I prayed a lot before starting this venture because I didn’t want to offer a service that created more hassle than help. After a lot of planning we are finally here and ready to help you remember everyone in your life!
