What if I don't have any cards one month?

Then it's a “light month” and you won't receive a packet. Every packet is built around the occasions in your address book, not the calendar, so the number of cards changes month to month. Quiet months are normal, especially for smaller lists. We're still keeping track of what's coming so you don't have to — and we're not adding to your clutter in a month you don't have cards.

When is my packet mailed?

Packets are mailed by the 1st of each month so you have time to sign, stamp, and send every card before its date.

When am I billed?

You're billed on the 15th of every month, no matter what day you sign up. There's no proration and no double-billing — your first charge simply lands on the next 15th after you join, then every 15th after that.

When is my first packet mailed?

Packets run a month ahead so every card has time to reach its recipient. If you sign up on or before the 15th, your first packet ships the 1st of the following month (example: sign up March 12, packet mails April 1 with all your May cards). If you sign up after the 15th, your first packet ships the 1st of the month after that (example: sign up March 17, packet mails May 1 with your June cards).

What's the difference between blank, standard, and return-label envelopes?

Blank envelopes come empty so you can hand-address both the recipient and your return. Standard envelopes arrive pre-addressed to the recipient — you add your return address and a stamp. Return-label envelopes come fully addressed (recipient and your return address printed) so all you do is add a stamp. Every option ships with the same hand-picked cards. If you'll see the person on their birthday and want to hand the card to them, choose blank and the envelope stays blank, or choose standard and simply leave the address off — the envelope will just be printed with their name.

Are stamps included?

Not yet. Stamps are still cheaper at the post office, so we let you keep that step. Every card is designed for a standard first-class stamp.

Question 8

Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?

We don't offer skip or pause. Here's why: your monthly price is calculated from your total number of cards for the whole year, then divided evenly across twelve months. Some months you might get one card, other months seven — but your monthly bill stays the same because it's really a yearly plan billed monthly. Skipping or pausing would throw the math off. You can cancel any time.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time from your account with one click — no calls, no forms. If you cancel before the 15th, your subscription ends before the next packet is prepared. Please note: because our packets run a month ahead and pricing is based on the full year, if the cards you've already received exceed what you've paid for on a per-card basis, a small reconciliation fee may apply at cancellation. We'll always show you the amount before you confirm.

Can I change my list after I sign up?

Absolutely. Add or remove people, adjust birthdays, add holidays — your list updates instantly and we'll use the newest version when we build your next packet. Heads-up: adding people can move you into a larger packet tier, which will change your monthly price starting on your next 15th billing date. We'll always confirm the new price before it takes effect.

Do you ship outside the United States?
