Returns & refunds

If we made a mistake, we fix it. Wrong cards, missing cards, a packet that never showed up, or anything else on our end — email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund that packet in full or send a replacement, your choice.

If the product just isn't for you, we'll refund your most recent packet when you cancel. That first-look refund is meant for deciding whether Love Posted is right for you — it isn't a month-to-month money-back option, so we don't refund ongoing packets that arrived as ordered.

Damage in the mail isn't covered. Once USPS has your packet, we can't refund or replace cards damaged, lost, or delayed in transit (see Shipping & delivery below). If it's a packaging failure on our side, that's our mistake and we'll make it right.

Because every packet is built around the people on your list, you never have to mail anything back. There is no restocking fee and returns never cost you anything — the return shipping cost to you is $0.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. To start a refund, email love.posted.cards@gmail.com with your name and the month on your packet.

Payment methods

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. We never see or store your card number.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping is free everywhere in the United States. All packets ship via USPS; we drop them at the post office by the 1st of each month and they typically arrive in 2–5 days.

Your packet always mails two weeks after you're billed. Billing is on the 15th, and that packet goes out on the 1st. So if you sign up on or before the 15th, you're billed that 15th and your first packet mails on the 1st two weeks later. If you sign up after the 15th, your first charge is the following 15th and your packet mails on the 1st after that — you're never charged before a packet is on the way.

Once a packet is with USPS, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or mis-delivered packages. If your packet doesn't arrive within a reasonable window, please reach out and we'll do our best to help track it down — but we can't guarantee replacement of lost mail.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your shipping address and every recipient address in your account accurate and up-to-date. We cannot refund or replace packets or individual cards that ship to an incorrect address entered by you.

If you catch an address mistake before the 15th of the month, log into your account and update it — your changes are used the next time we build a packet.

If it's after the 15th but your packet hasn't shipped yet, send us an email. If we haven't processed your packet yet, we'll make the update for you.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed on the 15th of every month, no matter your sign-up date. There is no proration and no double-billing.

If a payment doesn't go through, your card is automatically retried over the following week and you'll get an email each time it's attempted. If it still hasn't cleared by the time we build packets on the 1st, that month's packet is not mailed — and because every packet is built for a specific month, a skipped month isn't made up later. Once payment clears, your next packet ships on the next 1st as usual. We'll always reach out personally before anything is cancelled.

You can cancel any time from your account. If the cards you've already received exceed what you've paid for on a per-card basis (packets run a month ahead of billing), a small reconciliation fee may apply at cancellation. We'll always show you the amount before you confirm.

Your data & files

We store the names, addresses, and dates you enter so we can build your packets. You can edit or remove any of it from your account at any time.

If you send us a list for free address book setup — a spreadsheet, PDF, or photos of a paper address book — those files are stored privately, used only to enter your addresses, and automatically deleted seven days after your setup is marked complete. That week is your window to compare the entries against your original. Please verify every address once setup is done; handwriting can be misread.

If you cancel, your account and address book stay available to you so you can come back without rebuilding your list. Want it gone sooner? Email us and we'll permanently delete your account, addresses, and any remaining files within seven days. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires for tax purposes.

We never delete your information on our own — it stays put unless you ask. If you'd rather it be gone, there's a "Request permanent deletion of my information" button in your account next to the cancel option. Every request is reviewed by a person: if you're also cancelling and a reconciliation fee applies for cards already mailed, we'll settle that with you by email first. Once confirmed, your address book, uploaded files, and login are permanently removed and can't be recovered. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires for tax purposes.

We never sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — ever. Your name, address book, and your loved ones' details are used for one thing only: building and mailing your card packets.

We share information only with the trusted service providers who help us operate Love Posted — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, text reminders, and website hosting. These providers may use your information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.

If we ever work with contractors (for example, to help enter addresses during free setup), they access only what's needed for that task and are prohibited from using your information for anything else.

Right to refuse

Love Posted is a small, family-run Christian company. We serve customers of all backgrounds and will never discriminate against anyone based on who they are.

At the same time, we reserve the right to decline specific card requests that don't align with our beliefs — for example, custom occasions added through the planner that celebrate content contrary to our Christian convictions. If a request can't be fulfilled, we'll reach out, remove that occasion from your plan, and it simply won't be included in your packet. Your subscription and every other card on your list continue as normal.
